'I just spend a week down in California doing the Superpark 13 Event. It was my 2nd time being apart of this event and it was awesome fun'.

Super Park this year was crazy with some of the biggest and most funnest jumps I've ever hit. Scary at times, but a lot of friends were around to get amped and with the beautiful Mammoth sunshine the whole time everyone was stoked.
100ft jumps, 70ft jumps, step downs, crazy bowl features, spines, rhythm sections everywhere with BMX style jumps and kickers going through trees an over bushes and even a pond skim using Gatorade were just some of the things to ride.
The last kicker......... BIG!!!
Spring snow at Mammoth
Every man and his dog in the industry was there and I made some great contacts and managed to suss a bit of a plan for next year which is exciting 4sure. I even managed to meet Kevin Jones (one of my idols) and get a picture together... nice guy.

Then I was lucky enough to sneak in a quick swim in Donner Lake in North Lake Tahoe with Andy K an Anna before catching my Reno flight back to Seattle, Washington. It was 80 when I left Tahoe so it kinda like a mid summers day in N.Z

Truckee skatepark - Anyone who's even been to Truckee will know this spot and we had it all to ourselves this day
All in all it was an awesome week and one of the highlights of my season for sure. It's nice to finish off a busy winter riding some park jumps an enjoying some laughs with fellow shredders .
Big shout out an thanks to Pat Bridges and Snowboparder Magazine for putting on the event an the whole Mammoth crew for doing a great job on the course. Thanks to Andy K an Anna for letting me stay as well as Anita and Nardo down in Mammoth.
Big ups to all the riders who rode in the event and came out unfazed, cause it was massive. And to anyone who got hurt... I'm feeling for ya..
