i have worked two seasons at winter park.they are generally helpful with the visa process tho i hear the visas are getting harder and harder to get. look for work with resorts which are linked to others so there is chances to get free/cheap tickets to ride other reorts. winter park is good,its linked to 10 other resorts in colorado plus mammoth,whistler to name a couple
