Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had experience dealing directly with resorts that help you out alot. And by that I mean resorts that will help you get visa's, have staff accom or will atleast hook you up in some way, and transport etc.

I had a deal to work at Mt. Hood last season but it fell through when they wouldn't help me with accomodation or transport, and were going to shaft me on pay.

I've applied to Winter Park, and also looking at Copper.

I don't want to go through an agency either so please don't suggest that as I know all about them!

Also, what job did you do there and what qualification did you have if you needed one for your job (instructors).
