LATEST IN SNOW BLOGS!

25th July 2010

Hullloooo!!!

We are super proud to introduce you to Wanaka and the WorldWideWebs sharpest
blog: TCTIMES.co.nz!

TCTIMES will open the window for internet bound snow lovers all over the world to take
a sneak peak into the day to day shenanigans had by a cross section of Treble Cone users.
The blogging team will be compact with an attempt to represent the young, old, male,
female, skier, snowboarder, advanced, intermediate and beginner.
Currently we have Hayden Seddon, George Heard and Annabel Wilson covering the skiers
and Amy Sekhon and Travers Child the snowboarders. They also represent a range of ages
(George is 12!) abilities and history with Treble Cone (Travers about to launch into his first
season here). Their short snappy posts will take a casual storytelling approach, but each
blogger will emerge with their own style, that will also draw a certain type of reader.
Amys posts are being submitted to UK site www.metrosnow.co.uk and we are hoping to
get other national/international sites picking up the feed.

To mix the bowl a little further we are also inviting a guest blogger weekly that will add
their own flavour to the TC TIMES content. No bloggers will be employed by the mountain
thus adding credibility to their stories.

Our ultimate goal is to offer an exciting platform for REAL stories. REAL mountain users
that are up there AND writing simply for their passion....there is no money or free passes
exchanging hands here. These guys are taking the time to be part of an experimental first
year in a project we hope will take off!

In an effort to give the blog a physical home we would like to offer Wanaka/NZ snow businesses
(that we believe would benefit from our readership...this would be YOU!) to place ads on
the site. While we can smile and convince you that this type of online media is beginning
to dominate the humble website, that we will be marketing throughout the Treble Cone
database and that we are putting our all into making this site a success!...we cant prove it
yet, so will not be asking for money in exchange for these ads.
What we WOULD love to do is:
a) Offer you an image/brand link on our site in exchange for one on ours. This will be listed in Our Friends.
b)The image/brand link as an ad on our front page and/or on our blog page with the offer of small contra product OR a small discount offered to our blogging team until October 1 2010

We really look forward to hearing from you and your feedback on everything above.

Cheers,
Julia Atkinson and Mickey Ross

More suited for smaller mugs, the EG2.5 doesn’t compromise any of the features of its big brother the EG2; possibly the clearest, widest field of vision goggle ever invented, designed with the essential more lens, less frame strategy.
