Boreal Opening 2nd Chair, Night Skiing and Riding and Skate Bowl Friday!

With 2? of new snow and sub 20 degree temperatures (perfect for making tons of snow), Boreal will open its second chair lift, the Claimjumper double chair Friday, November 24th, allowing for additional groomed trails and terrain park features. Boreal will also begin night skiing and snowboarding and open the indoor skate bowl starting Friday night. It?s all happening at Boreal starting tomorrow ? 2 chair lifts, 1 surface lift and lots of park features for beginner through intermediate skiers and riders.

Boreal opened Tuesday, November 14 for skiing and riding, the first Tahoe area resort to host skiers and riders so far this winter. With new natural snow and additional machine-made snow, Boreal will double the amount of terrain available. Early-season lift ticket prices are $30 for adults and teens, $20 for ages 60?69, and $10 for kids ages 5?12. Night holiday lift tickets (3:30pm ? 9pm) are $25 for adults and teens, $20 for seniors, and $10 for kids. It is early season conditions, please ski and ride with caution as obstacles do exist.
