Andreas Wiig on Nitro/Raiden

Seattle, WA ? Nitro snowboards and Raiden bindings is pleased to announce and welcome Andreas Wiig to the global snow team.



In his first week on a Nitro and Raiden, Andreas has already managed to put two gold medal wins under his belt at the Winter X-games in Aspen. Dethrowning fourpeat winner Shawn White in Slopestyle and edging out Travis Rice in the best trick contest. Andreas has a long history in snowboarding from the X-Games to memorable parts in Mack Dawg?s latest movie ?Follow me around?. Capturing everyone?s attention by pulling a Backside Rodeo 720 off a 70ft. cliff. He was also named one of the top ten snowboarders in the world along with teammate Eero Ettala in Snowboarder Magazines ?Riders of the Year? issue.

Andreas will have three Pro model boards that compliment his riding style and distinctive creative direction. Andreas will also be riding the new 08 Raiden Zero bindings, with the FTI Air Chassis, which will allow him to stomp hard ladings fearlessly with the ultimate in dampening and shock absorption.
