A great opportunity has arisen to be part of an exciting and growing multi disciplined National Sports Organisation. 

Snow Sports NZ (SSNZ) has 7 members: Ski Racing, Disabled SnowSports, Free Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross Country, Speed Skiing & Recreation. 

We are now looking for a CEO to lead our small and highly motivated team.  The role is ideally based at the Snow & Ice Centre, Wanaka.

The position requires appropriate skills to lead SSNZ?s vision, goals, and business objectives, and translate these objectives into a sustainable business plan.

You will have demonstrated:
Excellent communication skills
Financial and business acumen
Revenue generation in the not-for-profit sector
Strategic direction & leadership
Effective sport governance & management

Core skills in relationship building are required to ensure SSNZ?s position is communicated to a range of diverse interest groups and stakeholders. An attractive salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
