8th February 2008

Cardrona Season Passes continue to offer some of the best value in New Zealand with lower prices than most other major resorts despite more than $7m being spent on the Captain?s Basin chairlift, snowmaking and new caf?.

Cardrona season pass prices for those season passes purchased by March 18 are Adult and Student $515, Child $115, and 60-74 years $230. Last year?s (2007) season pass holders receive a loyalty discount of $20 for Adults and Students, $5 for Children and $10 for Veterans. Passes can be purchased and forms downloaded at www.cardrona.com.

Cardrona season pass holders also receive $20 and $10 discount for Adult and Child lift passes at Mt Ruapehu, Mt Dobson, Porter Heights and Mt Lyford.

?Cardrona continues to offer heavily discounted early bird season passes despite substantial new developments at the Captain?s Basin? says Bruce McGechan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Cardrona Alpine Resort. ?We?re sure that skiers and boarders alike will appreciate the developments which will give them more time on snow?.
