Event information

Registration:
Individual registration will take place on Monday, September 1st, from 17.00 to 19.00 at Event HQ at Grand Mercure Oakridge Resort, in Wanaka.

Athlete meetings:
Team Captain / Individual athlete Meeting at Oakridge is mandatory for all individual
athletes. This meeting will include important information about competition format, changes to the schedule. The Slopestyle bibs for training and competition will also be drawn.

Transportation:
Individuals are responsible for their own transportation to Cardrona .This can be booked, at individual expense, between Queenstown airport and Wanaka by contacting:

Bibs and helmets:
All competitors must wear the official bibs during all official training, competition and award ceremonies.

All competitors must wear helmets during all official training and competition. Other safety equipment is optional for cmpetitors to wear.


Lift Passes:
All competitors are responsible for their own lift passes for official training day. These can be purchased at Cardrona ticketing office at 50% off the daily rate. Athlete accreditation must be presented.  

Prize money:
The level of prize money will be confirmed by August 25th, 2008.

Liability:
All athletes, officials and members of the National Associations who attend and participate in the event shall do so at their own risk. Snow Sports NZ, sponsors and suppliers, their agents, employees and volunteers shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organising or staging of the event. Public liability insurance of CHF3 million, for the period of the event, is in place through Snow Sports NZ.
