Video Formats and Sizes
The video file must be in any of the following formats:
* .mov
* .wmv
* .mp4
* .3pg
* .avi
* .mpg

The video can be no larger than 100mb, and will be converted into a Flash format after upload.

Recommended Export:
640 wide
H.264 files
25fps

Max file size: 100mb
